She is always striving to make the most of her acquired knowledge of childbirth, gained through certification by CAPPA(Childbirth and Post-partum Professional Association) and by her qualification as a physiotherapist and skills she has acquired through this. Her passion to share her knowledge of the subject with her motherland and an obsessive desire to be around her family has brought Kruti back to India after a decadeĪ mother of 3 beautiful kids, a highly skilled Childbirth educator, Lactation educator and Physiotherapist with extensive experience in educating first time moms and dads in the areas of childbirth, labor and breastfeeding issues.

Having worked with renowned experts in the field like Trish Wisbey-Roth (Olympic Sports Physiotherapist), Kruti has learnt some of the most advanced techniques of assessing and treating the upper & lower quadrant over the decade. Kruti has previously worked as a Team Physiotherapist for Air India National Soccer Team and is the founder of Panache Physiotherapy Pvt.

She is known for her strong interest, skills and expertise in treating the most complex and longstanding â€˜lumbo-pelvic and hip casesâ€™ by using evidence-based diagnostic and treatment modalities. Kruti Khemani is the Principal Physiotherapist at Continuum and has completed her Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Puneâ€™s Sancheti Institute and Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from University of Sydney, Australia.
